WEEKLY YOGA LIVE STREAM CLASS SCHEDULE

This class provides a level of intensity that incorporates strength and softness while flowing a sequence of postures in coordination with the breath. The vinyasa flow will challenge the body if desired and also allow softness while holding each pose. 

Tuesday 9.30am - 10.15am

This yoga class offers the opportunity to establish a routine of self care through a yoga practice. The class will be a 40 minute gentle flow focused on connecting breath with movement. It will integrate awareness and presence with alignment and detail while listening to the body.

Thursday 7.30am - 8.15am

Flow to warm up in preparation with restorative poses to recharge our energy reserves, heal the effects of stress and balance our nervous system. The perfect balance for those days we need to slow down, calm the mind and open the heart. 

Saturday 9.30am - 10.15am
