Aside from my coaching credentials and yoga expertise, I have personal experience in:
dealing with cancer diagnosis and treatment
supporting loved ones in the depths of drug and alcohol abuse
managing the overwhelming stress of parenting
relaunching a career in later life
Whether it be cultivating a yoga practice or diving into coaching, I’m experienced in working with those who want to commit to a process of discovering and uncovering a reason to heal and grow -emotionally, spiritually and physically.
I am a long-time supporter and volunteer for Soul Ryeders; a local, non-profit, volunteer- driven charitable organization committed to empowering those who are affected by all types of cancer.
As a mother of three grown children and two Havanese dogs, a grammy to four beautiful grandsons and a cancer survivor, I have a deep interest in feeding our souls with purpose and passion.
