Service Description
The yoga class will be a 40 minute gentle flow focused on connecting breath with movement. It will integrate awareness and presence with alignment and detail while listening to the body. It will provide an opportunity to establish a routine of self care through a yoga practice. We recognize self care can be a challenging choice; however we also recognize the significant benefits a yoga practice has on the mind/body/soul. The yoga class will be a 40 minute gentle flow focused on connecting breath with movement. It will integrate awareness and presence with alignment and detail while listening to the body.
