Having experienced a lack of boundaries for many years, I am excited to share my self-care journey toward self-awareness and empowerment. I have always been a go-getter—determined, enthusiastic, and often an over-giver. From an early age, I found myself doing things for others, fulfilling family responsibilities, and surrounding myself with people who did not support my mental and emotional well-being. Unfortunately, this resulted in a significant lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem and depleted energy levels. I rarely considered my feelings or was aware of how the stress and tension affected my body and mind, which ultimately strained my relationships. 

 

My journey toward self-awareness began after my diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer 18 years ago. Before this pivotal moment, my stress, anxiety and overwhelm were out of control. I believe my lack of a voice, setting healthy boundaries, and self-care contributed to  downward spiral of my well-being. 

 

Today, as a Life Coach and Mental Fitness Expert, I am here to share valuable insights and tools that can significantly enhance the quality of your life on multiple levels in creating and maintaining boundaries in alignment with your wellbeing.
